Sites have no showers and cannot be rented. We m to allow campers to take full responsibility for what happens in their campsite. We reserve the right to refuse admittance to any persons we deem are capable of causing trouble or are otherwise unsuitable or undesirable. The campsite provides camping accommodation, toilets, showers, storage space and cooking facilities. Campers are expected to keep the site tidy and clean up after themselves. A self catering area for visitors camping elsewhere in the park is avlable for visitors with dogs.
Campers are expected to bring or be able to arrange their own bedding, toiletries and clothing for the duration of their stay. The site can only be booked and managed in the full capacity and terms described here, and must be booked in advance.
The campsite is open from mid-March to early November.
All permanent sites are reserved and will be booked in advance.

There are no facilities for pet keeping. The site is dog free. All dogs must be kept on a lead and not allowed to run loose around the site. The dogs must not be fed from bowls supplied by the site. Dogs are welcome to stay in one of our self catering cottages on the site. The cost is £10 per dog per night. Call in advance to discuss arrangements.
Children are welcome, but no entertnment other than a few swings are provided at the park. Play equipment is avlable in the clubhouse.
Caravans are welcome to the park. These can be either on a site allocated or for those looking for a tent. These pitches are booked in advance. In order to be suitable for your caravan a site with a level pitch of up to 2.6m (8') is preferred. The caravan must not be taller than 2.6m (8') and no taller than 2.8m (9'). All caravans must be at least a size 20 if not a size 22. The caravan must be set up at least 2.8m from the nearest road verge.
The clubhouse is equipped with toilets, showers, a shower room, washing machine, kitchen, drying room, storage, a laundry, a shop, telephone and other amenities. A games room can be hired for £5 per hour.
Both tents and awnings are welcome to the site. Awnings are more comfortable in the summer. They are allocated to you by the site bookings clerk. If your site booking does not indicate whether you will have an awning or not, it is better to ask when booking to confirm your preference.
It is essential for the site to be able to be reached by a tow vehicle or an escort vehicle. The park cannot be used if the site is not reachable by a motorised vehicle. This can be an issue if you have a narrow road to the site.
Electricity is provided to all campsites, but no sockets are provided on the pitches. Some larger sites have caravans with electricity already on the site.
There are no shower facilities avlable on the site, although there are shower facilities at the nearest town.
The nearest public toilets are at the neighbouring village of Alsop-on-Sea and at the nearby caravan park. These are open during the summer and some of the larger campsites may have facilities on site.
The site is in one of the most picturesque parts of the country and is easily reached from the north. There are plenty of beaches nearby.
There are some other small camp sites and farm houses around the site, but in the event of an emergency or a problem with your vehicle, it is best to have a call out arranged from the site.
A number of local villages and towns are easily accessible, including the towns of Alton, Chichester, Bognor Regis, Brighton and Portsmouth.
The nearest motorway is the A27, which runs between Portsmouth and Brighton. This is approximately 14 miles to the west of the site.

There are a limited number of sites marked 'L' and most sites are unserviced.
Pitches can be used by the same household in separate units with the use of a communal area and washing facilities.
Some larger sites do offer the use of the washing facilities in a mn area but this is subject to the number of users staying on the site.
The site will accommodate 2-4 tents and caravans.
This is not a working farm, but there are some animals kept at the site.
The site is in a beautiful and remote area of South East England and you would be welcome to bring in your own pets if you wish.
No campfires or alcohol are allowed on the site.
There are plenty of great local places to eat, drink and shop and local attractions including the famous Chichester Festival Theatre.
There are no supermarkets nearby.
The nearest village to the campsite is West Hoathly.
This is very pleasant but it is over 3 miles away.
The nearest town is Bognor Regis which is 2 miles away.
There are several pubs and eateries near the campsite but they are 3-5 miles away in West Hoathly.
There are numerous local shops in the surrounding area.
We will be happy to suggest places to eat nearby and can arrange for a taxi if required.
The campsite has its own shop and a cafe so the shop can be used by all campers or any friends visiting the site.
Other facilities on site include an electric hook-up point, a small children's play area, a small children's play area, a well stocked shop and on site bar, large open camping field, picnic table and BBQs and a large campsite shop.
This campsite has 4 star campsite facilities and is a well equipped and well mntned campsite in the South of England.
It is situated just off the mn A27 on the Bognor Regis Road and is one of the biggest campsites in the UK.
The campsite is approximately 1.5 miles from the nearest village which is West Hoathly, Bognor Regis.
It is situated in a large parkland area with many recreational facilities including tennis courts, a large soft play area and a large children's play area.
The campsite has its own shop and a very well stocked food shop and a bar.
There are also two eating areas and two very well stocked supermarkets in nearby towns.
The site has
